My buddy was coming over and he likes strawberry rhubarb pie. I have to admit, I was feeling lazy (what do you expect from an old fat guy.) So, I made Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp.

I started by mixing together the ingredients for the crisp topping.
I mixed together the filling ingredients and put them in a casserole.
I sprinkled the topping over it and fired it into the oven.
The Verdict
This was an excellent basic crisp with a great flavour. It will be added to my dessert recipe collection.
