Kitchen Queers,  a great YouTube channel with fun guys and great recipes, put out a call for a July 4 collaboration. As I am Canadian, it was a July 1 (Canada Day) event for me. Many great YouTube cooking gurus put out videos for the celebrations.

I produced a video of my Cuban Chicken to add to the collaboration. Click on the picture above to see the video.

You can go to YouTube and search for the hashtag #FireworksOfFood2020 to see all the great contributions. Although the celebrations are over, you will find many great ideas for your summer meals!
