Soy Lime Prawns

- 10 prawns deveined, shelled
- 50 ml soy sauce ¼ cup
- 5 ml lime juice 1 tsp
- 1 ml Sriracha ¼ tsp
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Mix all ingredients except prawns.
Toss prawns in mixture and marinade for 1 to 3 hours
Put in a preheated smoker or oven at 425 F (218 C) for 4 minutes.
Turn and brush with marinade and cook for 3 minutes.
Can also be cooked on a hot barbecue grill for 2-3 minutes a side.
