I really like to have sausage rolls on hand particularly in the holiday season. I make them up and freeze them uncooked. When company comes over, I take as many as I want out of the freezer and bake them for 25 minutes in a 375 F oven. Voila! Hot sausage rolls.
I just make up a batch of Tenderflake Pastry and OFG Breakfast Sausage and put them together. You could also use bulk commercial sausage and commercial pastry or puff pastry. You can see how in my video!
