So, you are very busy and you are just planning on grilling a chop, steak or burger for a quick supper. What do you have with it? You don’t have time to put in a lot of preparation.
That is where a recipe like this comes in. Just scrub as many potatoes as you want and cube them. Toss them with some olive oil to just coat. Add a generous amount of you favourite seasoning blend. I used steak spice but you could use Italian, Cajun, Greek or any other seasoning blend you like.
Put the cubes in a foil tray or pie plate and cover with foil.
Put the tray on the upper rack of a gas barbecue set at medium high or in your smoker at about 350 F for an hour. Give the tray a shake once in a while.
Take the cover off and serve.
The Verdict: These are delicious and only take minutes to prepare. What else could you ask for?
