Crispy Garlic Parmesan Wings

A recipe to make very crispy skinned chicken wings with a savoury sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • 600 grams chicken wings 1 ½ pounds
  • 15 ml baking powder 1 tbsp
  • 2 ml salt 1/2 tsp
  • 50 ml butter, melted ¼ cup
  • 50 ml parmesan cheese, grated ¼ cup
  • 5 ml Italian seasonings 1 tsp
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions
 

  • Dry the chicken wings with a paper towel. Put the baking powder and salt in a plastic bag. Add the chicken to the bag and shake to coat.
  • Put the wings in a 250 F (120 C) smoker or oven for thirty minutes.
  • Increase the heat to 425 F (220 C) and cook until the wings are golden and crispy, about 40 minutes.
  • Mix the butter, parmesan, Italian seasonings, and garlic. Put the wings in a bowl and add the sauce. Toss to coat.
