Bill does most of the music for my videos and does voice overs. He has a favourite chicken drumstick recipe. It is very easy but very tasty.
He mixes equal parts of soy sauce and Frank’s Red Hot sauce. He puts the drumsticks on a medium barbecue to brown on one side and then turns the drumsticks and brushes with the mixture every 5 minutes until the internal temperature is over 170 F.
I like Piri Piri Chicken a lot. It is spicy, savoury and so different from other barbecued chicken dishes. I have made several different versions over the years but I have never really put my mind to making the best I could using all the techniques. It was time to change that. Steaks don’t taste right if they are not seared in my opinion. This raises a problem if you want to put your steak in a smoker and get a smoky taste on it.
