Easy Crisp Wings at oldfatguy.ca

She Who Must Be Obeyed asked for some chicken wings yesterday afternoon. As she likes her wings crisp, I needed a quick way to supply that. I made Easy Crisp Wings on my Louisiana Grills pellet smoker. Continue reading Easy Crisp Wings →

Smoked Pork Loin at oldfatguy.ca

Bacon Barley Soup at oldfatguy.ca

When I make bacon, the end pieces are strongly smoked and aren’t nice cooked on their own. So, I decided to use them to make Bacon Barley Soup. Don’t worry if you don’t smoke your own bacon, you could substitute regular bacon or back (Canadian to Americans) bacon. Continue reading Bacon Barley Soup →
