It was Valentines day. You’d expect some romantic dinner or something. However, I have developed and abscessed tooth and She Who Must Be Obeyed has a cold. So, it was our version of convenience food, frozen fish fillets, salad and oven fried potatoes.
This time I used mixed Italian seasonings on the potatoes. Even when you are sore and grumpy, you can eat well.
