Cutting Board From Naturally Art, A Gift From a Great Family
I have wonderful family who, unlike your faithful writer, have a warped sense of humour. They make up for it by being very original and generous. Today, I opened this Christmas present to find a personalized cutting board with my blog address and a not to She Who Must Be Obeyed. It is very high quality with no seams and a good thickness. The art and manufacture was comes from Naturally Art by Alanna Gail.
I love the board and my family for their thoughtfulness and kindness! I will use it well!

Turkey Carcass Soup
If you are of a certain age, you know you don’t throw food out. You lived through times when food was scarce. Those of us who were fortunate and didn’t live through those times should learn from them. First, there is too much waste and we need to address that. Second, many things we throw out make great food! That carcass that is left over after you carve your turkey is a prime example. Continue reading Turkey Carcass Soup
