In my last post I made a version of Piri Piri Wings for a friend who can’t eat garlic or onion. When guests come over, can really serve them only one variety of wing appetizer? Watch what you ask for you may get it. I made this appetizer and it was delicious! However, I could not think of a name. I am a proud member of Smoking Meat Forums, a wonderful resource for information and ideas on smoking. I asked the kind members of the forum for help in naming the appetizer. Crispy Q Chicken Fingers

One of the best things about my Louisiana Grills Pellet Smoker is its versatility. I do a lot of smoking with low heat over hours but it can also kick out some high temperatures. Why not use those higher heats to make a dish I would normally do in the oven but avoid heating up the house on a summer day? I couldn’t think of a good reason.
