I was getting ready for the next shooting of my TV show on the local community TV channel. I had decided to different sliders and wanted some home made sauce for them. My first choice was Tiger Sauce. It is so easy to make. You just mix all the ingredients together and put the sauce in the fridge for the flavours to marry.

The Verdict

This is such a tasty condiment. It is creamy with a nice heat and garlic undertones. It goes great on beef sandwiches or burgers!
