We traveled from Ireland to Stourbridge in England. We got a cute little cottage at a B&B called the Laurels. Very cozy.
The owners, George and Josie, were very helpful and recommended a pub just down the road in Enville, The Cat Inn.
Boy, it was a great suggestions. I had a local Enville Ale and curried chicken. It was spicy but not fiery. Just wonderful. After a meal like that, a basic comfort food dessert is required. Fortunately, they had bread pudding with custard sauce on the menu.
What a great way to start the England leg of our trip.
