Foody Direct, a food supply company has done a series of “Expert” interviews and articles in their blog. Having read some of them, they have found some people who have great food expertise. They invited me to be interviewed on the “Joys of Being a Foodie”. Once I got up off the floor, I agreed despite the obvious error they had made, I am not an expert, just a fat old guy cooking food.
